MODINE PUXIN THERMAL SYSTEMS (JIANGSU) CO., LTD. was jointly founded in 2016 by MODINE MANUFACTURING COMPANY, a renowned American thermal management enterprise, and Jiangsu Puxin Heat Exchange System Co., Ltd. It is registered in the Auto Parts Industrial Park of Gaoyou High-tech Zone.
Equipped with two standard factory buildings and one office building, the company covers an area of approximately 15,980 square meters. It is a global auto parts supplier specializing in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of automotive heat exchangers.

Its core markets cover on-road vehicles including diesel vehicles, SUVs, trucks and buses, which account for over 90% of total sales volume, as well as off-road vehicles such as tractors, harvesters and excavators.
The products are exported to Germany, Hungary, France, Mexico, the United States, India, Italy, South Korea and other countries. Its well-known domestic and overseas clients consist of Sinotruk, Shanxi Fast Gear, Voith Group, Sofima, John Deere, SDF India, Hengst, Daimler, Volvo, MOC Korea and other famous enterprises.
The company’s flagship product — hydraulic retarder heat exchange systems for heavy-duty vehicles — serves as a core component of heavy-duty vehicle braking systems. Featuring compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency and long service life, it is widely applied in high-end heavy-duty vehicles including heavy trucks, coaches and special engineering vehicles.
MODINE PUXIN THERMAL SYSTEMS (JIANGSU) CO., LTD. is accredited as a National High and new tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differentiated & Innovative Little Giant Enterprise, Yangzhou Gazelle Cultivation Enterprise and National-level Specialized, Refined, Differentiated & Innovative Little Giant Enterprise. It owns municipal and provincial-level enterprise technology centers in Yangzhou and Jiangsu Province respectively.
Both the hydraulic retarder heat exchange system and heavy-duty truck EGR coolers have been included in the catalogue of new technologies and products prioritized for provincial promotion and application.
Two key projects — R&D and industrialization of core technologies for China VI-compliant heavy-duty truck EGR systems, and high-efficiency stainless steel heat exchangers for hydraulic retarders — have obtained project approval and financial support from Yangzhou Municipal Government for scientific and technological achievement transformation and core technology research respectively.
